JAPAN BOXING CLUB Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the “Gym”) recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA), relevant Japanese laws, and applicable international standards. Based on the following policy, we strive to manage and safeguard personal data appropriately and responsibly.
(1) Collection of Personal Data
The Gym will collect personal data by lawful and fair means, specifying the purpose of use in advance, and limiting collection to the minimum information necessary to achieve that purpose.
(2) Use of Personal Data
The Gym will use personal data only within the scope of the purposes clearly stated at the time of collection, such as membership management, service provision, communication, billing, and customer support.
(3) Management of Personal Data
The Gym implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal data.
(4) Provision to Third Parties
The Gym will not provide personal data to third parties without the individual’s prior consent, except as required by law or where otherwise justified. In cases where personal data is entrusted to contractors or service providers, we will ensure confidentiality obligations through appropriate agreements and supervision.

Individuals have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal data held by the Gym. Upon receiving such requests, the Gym will respond appropriately and promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws.

The Gym will review and improve this Privacy Policy as necessary in response to changes in law, technology, and business operations.
